Atlanta Symphony Orchestra asks every request to include the following.

• Your organization must be a nonprofit 501(c)(3).
• Your organization must be in Georgia and within 100 miles of Symphony Hall.
• Submit the request at least eight weeks before your event, using the online form on the ASO's donation request page.
• The form asks for your EIN, proof of nonprofit status, the event date and zip code, and a brief description of the purpose of your request.
