• Attach the organization's letterhead or proof of 501(c)(3) status as a single PDF or Word document.
• Provide organization details: name, requester's role, website, and EIN/Tax ID (optional, only if 501(c)(3)).
• Select the organization's cause category from a provided list.
• Provide contact information: first and last name, email, phone, alternate phone (optional), address, country, ZIP code, city, state, and region.
• Provide event details: event date, expected number of attendees, fundraising goal range, and event location.

Across more than 25,000 fundraising events in our own records over fifteen years, March, April and May are the busiest months for fundraisers, October is the next busiest, and July and December are the quietest.
