Does Callaway Golf donate to fundraisers?

The program considers donations to events for U.S. 501(c)(3) nonprofits in five focus areas: Youth Development, Military/Veterans, Disability Advocacy, Health and Wellness, and Growth of the Game.

Youth Development covers programs supporting the education, health and well-being of youth in underserved communities. Growth of the Game covers organizations that increase participation, accessibility and inclusion in golf.

All donations are at Callaway's sole discretion and depend on product availability and quantity, so not every request can be filled.

Callaway cannot fill requests for specific products or models.

An organization can receive a donation once per calendar year.

Callaway Golf donates to organizations with 501(c)(3) nonprofit status. Callaway Golf does not donate to individuals. Callaway Golf does not support events run for profit.

How to apply

Callaway Golf asks every request to include the following.

• Be a U.S. 501(c)(3) nonprofit whose work fits one of the five focus areas. The portal opens by asking whether the donation is for a U.S. based IRS qualified charitable or 501(c)(3) organization.
• Submit every request through the Product Donations Portal linked from Callaway's community page.
• Allow six to eight weeks for your request to be processed.

When to ask

Callaway Golf states a lead time of 6-8 weeks processing. Count back that far from your event date and send the request no later than then.

Across more than 25,000 fundraising events in our own records over fifteen years, March, April and May are the busiest months for fundraisers, October is the next busiest, and July and December are the quietest.

Work backwards from your event rather than forwards from today, and if your event falls in the spring peak, ask earlier than the stated lead time rather than later.
