Because of volume, the team cannot give status updates, but every submission receives a final decision.

• Submit through the Giving Request Portal; phone, email and mail requests are redirected to the portal.

• Fill out the online application completely; supporting documents such as proof of 501(c)(3) status and a Form 990 go to the team's giving email address.
