Only 501(c)3 organizations in the immediate Philadelphia region (Southeastern Pennsylvania, Southern New Jersey, and Delaware) are eligible.
Only one item can be provided to each organization per season.

Philadelphia Eagles asks every request to include the following.
- Requests must be submitted online only; written, email, and phone requests are not accepted.
- Requests must be submitted 4 to 6 weeks prior to the event; requests submitted less than 4 weeks prior will not be accepted.
- Requests must include 501(c)3 status information.
- Requests must include an event date to be considered.
- Limit one request per event.
- A ground address must be included; donation items will not be sent to P.O. Boxes.
- The online form requires contact information, organization information (name, address, tax ID, website, type, issue area), event information (name, attendance, type, fund use, people impacted, zip codes of impact, event date, description), and shipping information.
When to ask
Philadelphia Eagles states a lead time of 4-6 weeks. Count back that far from your event date and send the request no later than then.
Across more than 25,000 fundraising events in our own records over fifteen years, March, April and May are the busiest months for fundraisers, October is the next busiest, and July and December are the quietest.
