Does Red Lobster donate to fundraisers?

Red Lobster restaurants provide four types of local support: Red Lobster gift cards, Red Lobster gift baskets, dine-to-donate events and in-kind food donations.

All requests must come from a 501(c)(3) organization aligned with at least one of Red Lobster's giving pillars: Food, Families and Oceans.

Red Lobster does not commit resources to individuals, private charities or private foundations, political causes, organizations whose primary purpose is to influence legislation, or commercial business purposes.

Religious organizations are excluded unless the program will benefit a large portion of a community without regard to religious affiliation.

Through its RL Shares program, Red Lobster donates unused, wholesome food to local food pantries and community organizations every week.

Tips from the program page: For a school auction or raffle basket, ask your local General Manager; gift cards and gift baskets are two of the types of support restaurants provide. · Say which giving pillar your event fits (food, families or oceans) when you ask; alignment with at least one is required.

How to apply

Red Lobster asks every request to include the following.

• Local requests: contact the General Manager of your local Red Lobster, who evaluates requests for that community.
• National requests, and requests from the Orlando, Florida community, go to the corporate office by email; the address is on Red Lobster's community giving page.
• Your organization must be a 501(c)(3) and must represent that the program you are raising money for does not discriminate on any protected characteristic.
