Starbucks does not publish a product donation request process on its own sites. Its giving runs through The Starbucks Foundation, whose Neighborhood Grants go to local nonprofits nominated by Starbucks employees (partners). The Starbucks Foundation makes grants to nonprofit organizations through Origin Grants, Neighborhood Grants, Global Community Impact Grants and disaster response.
Through Neighborhood Grants, the Foundation invites Starbucks partners (employees) to nominate local grassroots, community-led nonprofit organizations in their community.
Neighborhood Grants have gone to organizations across the U.S. and Canada working on empowering youth, fighting hunger, uplifting families, addressing homelessness and environmental stewardship.

How to apply
Starbucks asks every request to include the following.
- A nonprofit cannot apply for a Neighborhood Grant directly; it must be nominated by a Starbucks partner (employee).
- For a partnership request, email a detailed overview of the opportunity and your organization's information to the partnerships address on Starbucks' contact page.
