To be eligible, you can submit your request through their online form, just complete all of the required questions on each step of the application in order to move on to the next step. Give them enough time to review your request, as you can imagine, they receive many requests for support each day and though they may not be able to respond to all requests, it is rest assured that they do read all of them.
