Requests for support must be submitted at least six weeks in advance.

How to apply

New York Yankees asks every request to include the following.

• Write your request on official organizational letterhead.
• Include your organization's mission, the date of the event, an event description and a current representative's contact information.
• Include a copy of your 501(c)(3) validation.
• Send the letter to the Community Relations Department by mail (Community Relations, Yankee Stadium, One East 161st Street, Bronx, NY 10451) or by the email address on the Contribution Requests page.

Across more than 25,000 fundraising events in our own records over fifteen years, March, April and May are the busiest months for fundraisers, October is the next busiest, and July and December are the quietest.

Work backwards from your event rather than forwards from today, and if your event falls in the spring peak, ask earlier than the stated lead time rather than later.
