Note that faxed, mailed, or telephone requests will not be accepted. 3. Submit your request at least eight (8) weeks prior to the date of your event. 4. Include your organization's Tax ID# on the request form. This is necessary for your request to be considered. 5. Donations provided by the New Jersey Devils are intended for charitable purposes only, such as auctions and raffles. They cannot be used for sales incentives, corporate gifts, or donated to for-profit entities or individuals. Donations may not be sold for profit. 6.
