Does Urban Air donate to fundraisers?

Urban Air Adventure Park supports community events through in-kind donations.

Donations are considered per local park location (requester selects their closest Urban Air location).

Not every request can be fulfilled due to high volume of requests.

Tips from the program page: Submit requests at least 30 days before the event. · A member of the Urban Air team will contact the requester only if they are able to donate. · All requests are considered, but due to high volume, not every event will receive a donation.

Who can apply

Urban Air donates to organizations with 501(c)(3) nonprofit status. Urban Air does not donate to individuals. Urban Air does not support events run for profit.

Urban Air limits donation requests by area: Local.

How to apply

Urban Air asks every request to include the following.

• Submit the online donation request form at least 30 days prior to the event.
• Provide organization name, address, city, state, zip code.
• Provide contact first and last name, phone, and email.
• Provide organization website (if applicable) and Tax Exempt ID.
• Provide a brief description of the organization (1500 character limit).
• Provide event name and a brief description of the event (e.g., silent or live auction, raffle) with a 1500 character limit.
• Provide the date of the event and estimated number of attendees.
• Select the closest Urban Air location from a list.

When to ask

Urban Air states a lead time of 30 days. Count back that far from your event date and send the request no later than then.

Across more than 25,000 fundraising events in our own records over fifteen years, March, April and May are the busiest months for fundraisers, October is the next busiest, and July and December are the quietest.

Work backwards from your event rather than forwards from today, and if your event falls in the spring peak, ask earlier than the stated lead time rather than later.
