All donation requests must be submitted online at least 60 days before the event; written, phone, fax or email requests are not accepted.

Your organization must be a 501(c)(3) nonprofit located in Southern California.

The policy lists individual schools, parent/teacher associations, school boosters and club organizations (such as scout troops or Rotary clubs) as not accepted.

Faith-based organizations or religious programs whose principal purpose is spreading a particular faith, and whose programs do not serve the broader public, are not accepted.

Each organization is eligible, but not guaranteed, to receive one donation in a 12-month period.

Donation items are typically sent in the month before the event date.

The team does not arrange for personal items to be autographed by players or coaches.

Tips from the program page: The form asks how your organization will acknowledge the donation at your event and what your fundraising goals are, so have that ready. · Submit the form only once per event, and do not call or email to check on its status.
